Safeway Pharmacy

This is one of the worst pharmacy websites I have used. I am simply trying to find my list of prescriptions...cannot crack either the Safeway or the ALbertson's website. Complete waste of time. Very poor navigation. Did not want to change pharmacies, but will do so now.

Called over 3 hours ago for my daughters predictions and was told they would be ready for pickup in 30 mins and within that 30 mins got text messages saying they are ready.. Just arrived only to be told I have to wait for them to actually fill her prescriptions... This isn't the first time this has happened here, what a joke.

I loved how when I became a regular shopping customer the employees start becoming family. The service is always great. I needed some Hoisin Asian BBQ Sauce and I was given directions to how and when to get it when it was available. Most helpful customer service :)

This may be the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and I'm a nurse. The staff is amazing and they are always fast. I'm really picky about customer service and almost never give five stars. This place deserves it.

I have gotten all kinds of immunizations at this pharmacy for years, without problems. This year I got a Prevnar-13 immunization from the new pharmacist on duty. I had bleeding for quite a while, and now, at 3 weeks out still have a huge bruise--purple/yellow. My allergy phlebotomist thinks he may have hit a vein. I think he needs additional training on intra-muscular immunizations.
