Safeway Pharmacy

I wish I had asked the name of the woman working the counter at the pharmacy today, because she was genuinely amazing. I always have problems with my insurance, and it always takes a super long time to resolve. Today, the lady working the counter at 2:35, January 24, 2026 (im being so specific because i think she deserves the credit if her boss reads this), resolved my issue in 30 minutes. This is literally the only time I have ever gotten this problem resolved within the same day. She also did it while still taking other customers. I'm genuinely blown away that she made this usually monumental problem dissappear. What great customer service.

Great pharmacy. Pharmacists are very helpful. No line most of the time. Will fill a prescription partially if needed ASAP. They answer the phone also!!

Safeway Pharmacy at Towson, Offers the comfort of extended hours with grocery shopping. Amazing service with medications and refills and reminders. With that being said, they did not upload my immunizations in Mychart for upto a year . After a reminder, still waiting for them to transfer to Mychart.

I and my family have been using Safeway pharmacy at 1017 York Road for several years and couldn't be any happier. The service is always top notch!!! Dan , Jennifer and I dare not forget Maria always go above and beyond to help and more importantly answer and explain any questions or concerns I have. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I used to go to a CVS where I would wait in line at least 30 min and my medicines were never actually filled despite receiving confirmation via text. There always seemed to be an issue with everyone’s orders in the line ahead. I have never had to wait more than 15 min with this pharmacy. Everyone is nice and efficient here and my medicines are always ready in time.
