Safeway Pharmacy

I tried to get a flu shot here yesterday, as the Safeway website advertises flu shots with walk-ins welcome. I was turned away, told they are only done by appointment and that they didn’t have time. About 5 minutes later, I walked back past the counter doing my shopping and the three people working in the pharmacy were all chatting and laughing together with no customers in line. Clearly the priority here is not to the customer and instead they’d rather establish a barrier to health care. I live locally and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I want to give a complimentary shout-out to both Dirk (the pharmacist) and Sara (the pharmacy tech) for the personalized caring they demonstrated for a patient with special needs. They exceeded expectations and made a much appreciated difference. Many thanks for the kind assistance you both provided.

Very knowledgeable staff even if they are short handed. They make sure you are taken care of. Our fellow patrons have to understand that this pharmacy just took on another businesses client's. The process of adding 100's+ customers and their prescriptions , was made painless and barely noticeable. The staff is always amazing . As long as we live in Seaside, safeway pharmacy will always be our pharmacy.

I get my pills on time Everytime sometimes a small wait

I’m a local guide with Google Maps and it’s an older account. The pharmacist assistant are amazing. Lisa in particular is genuine and caring and I do appreciate the little extra help that they gave me. I suffer from lotta elements which affects my memory of times. Five out of five stars. I reviewed as Bendite Null. I am Not aligned with any sec, denominations, politics, or institutions. Thank you all for working.
