Eff this place. I switched here for convenience and after filling my prescription here 3 consecutive times with no problem I’m told they no longer accept my prescriber. I asked why no one called to tell me that earlier before clinic closed (rx was sent at 1:45 pm) they told me “we don’t reach out to patients we just let them know when they call us or show up” …. never again will I trust a Safeway pharmacy. Edit: CVS filled my prescription just fine.

They are very patient, kind and informative. They provide you with clarity in details you may not see in other pharmacies. They give vaccines well, and don’t take forever to answer the phone if you call with a question.

Wow, the service here is amazing compare to CVS! The tech (Yen) was incredibly nice and polite. The pharmacist (Wayne) was super efficient and went above and beyond getting my meds ready before closing time. My meds were not covered by insurance and he even helped me found a coupon to reduce the cost which I was extremely grateful for! I don’t understand the negative reviews for this pharmacy but this is definitely my preferred pharmacy now.
