If the manager is not there, you won't get a good service. Shruti is the only one in the staff that shows actual care for her patients. Even if you go in with an emergency prescription, they will make you wait more than 2 hours for it. The pharmacists (again when Shruti is not there) will not look at you and will never let you know if your prescription is delayed for any reason.

The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and kind. The other staff are also helpful and efficient. I have received several vaccinations there over the years and many prescriptions and never had a single issue. They are pretty fast at filling prescriptions and will rush orders if requested.
Went in for a OTC drug recommendation from pharmacist, but waited more than 10 minutes only to keep hearing the pharmacist just answer phone calls and completely ignore me. I get it pharmacy is busy; but its not that busy that you completely ignore someone standing for more than 10 minutes.
The worst/most lazy pharmacist. Don’t understand how they still work there especially the manager.
