Not once but twice prescriptions were not handled correctly. First was waiting there to be filled for over a week NO CALLS nothing! Then I have to call due to blinding migraines from not having my medication only to be informed “oh yeah we don’t have enough to fill it”. Plus,the attitude of the person who answered didn’t help. I am always open to something that might be a good reason for lack of follow thru but this was not the case. No one ordered it when it was sent there!!! I was waiting and no calls no text nothing! Then today I need my husband to pick up my medication and someone decides that because they don’t have a “good enough profile on me” that they don’t feel “comfortable enough” to give me what MY providing doctor, who has been my care provider and decision maker for my health

nothing but bad experiences. had my insurance call them twice because they tell me my insurance is invalid even though I had my card. they tell me when my prescription is ready and it never is ready at that time. super long lines, very rude people working the counters

There was a problem with our health insurance for my husband and myself for our Covid-19 vaccination several weeks ago, but the pharmacist supervisor and her pharmacist immediately got to the root of the problem which appeared to be due to an erroneous code entered into the system. In addition, both pharmacists went beyond the call of duty to accommodate my husband and myself so we could feel comfortable as we are still trying to avoid too much contact with persons in a store setting due to the pandemic. I am favorably impressed with the professionalism and the courtesy and positive and friendly energy from the pharmacy team.

I’ve had only bad experiences at this pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. It seems they fib about when prescriptions come in. (Once, they “saw” it come in when I was on the phone, and that it would be ready in 20 min. When I arrived 30 min later, they claimed it JUST came in and that it would be 20 more minutes) most recently they didn’t advise me that my prescription wouldn’t be fulfilled because it was “too soon” (which wasn’t the case) so I made a special trip, and when home empty handed. Even though I called it in the previous day. No communication even though they have the text alerts.
