Maybe you should hire staff who actually give a shit about working instead of coming up with every excuse in the book as to why they can’t do something.

So impressed with this store. First time there. Went to get a vaccine and the pharmacy staff was outstanding. On top of that, they had a large, comfortable, enclosed waiting room. Was given a 10% off coupon for groceries. Did some shopping and the lady checking us out was really nice. Then Perry, who was by the door, offered to go out to the car with us while I drove their scooter (I have torn ligaments in my knee), then return it. He even went to open the car door for me. So courteous. I was impressed with everyone with whom I interacted. It turned a stressful afternoon back to being pleasant. So sorry I didn't get everyone else's name.

I have recieved excellent customer service consistently over time. I'm very happy with all the services provided, and the timely communications. Highly recommend Safeway Pharmacy.

The staff at this Safeway pharmacy on McHenry in Modesto are kind, courteous, and professional. I have never had a problem with any of my prescriptions. They take a coupon app that I use and it saves money. There is a waiting room next to the pharmacy, which is nice because people can sit and wait for their prescriptions to be filled, or just continue to go grocery shopping. It usually takes about 10- 20 minutes for my prescription to be filled on site. I’ve only had to go back to the pharmacy one time when they were out of the medication. They had the prescription ready the next day. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Safeway Pharmacy Staff and Pharmacists provide the best customer service. They take time with you on the phone and carefully review your list of meds...a very personalized service. Very patient, kind, concerned, and happy team. Thanks to all of you for being a good support for our family!
