Safeway Pharmacy

I rarely leave reviews. During the pandemic the pharmacist here refused to wear a mask, so I stopped going there. I don’t know how Safeway allowed an employee who is in charge of keeping people safe and healthy to expose hundreds of people every day. Fast forward 4 years, I started coming to the pharmacy again because it’s close to home. Today, my husband went to pick up an inhaler for me because I’m home sick with bronchitis. The pharmacist said to him “THIS is what you want?” Holding up a box, but with no explanation, which he found a little rude. Confused, he said “yes, I’m here to pick up 2 things” and she put a pill bottle and a box into the bag. All the staff here are so helpful and kind. I’ve never had a better experience at a pharmacy than this one! They really saved the day and filled my script in 15min right before closing on NYE after another pharmacy held the script captive for over 9 business hours. I almost don’t want to share how good this pharmacy is because I don’t want them to get inundated with people, but I’ve tried several Safeway pharmacies and this one is by far the best. 🎉

I had a prescription filled today and just wanted to compliment the staff, especially Courtney on the 'over and above' help to get an expensive bill reduced from hundreds to just.....$10.. amazing. Thank you all.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I get all my prescriptions filled on time. They send you a text when your medication is ready for pickup. All my questions are answered and I feel confident using this pharmacy, it is the best. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Always good experience at this, my go to pharmacy. Knowledgeable. Helpful.
