Everyone can have a negative experience anywhere at times and even so I go here a lot, I never had a negative experience here. So people that give a bad rating because of one bad experience are just ridiculous. I would like to see them perform to perfection every single day in their job. If they even have one. I also call in at times and my calls always get picked up (after pressing the right buttons and not calling during their lunch time when the pharmacy is closed. But you need a brain to know that. Not everyone has on. Just look to the WH). Twice, and I hate to do that, but I respectfully asked if I could have my medication, that was prescribed that day, but not ready yet, since I was just in the area and it would save me another trip and at least 1 hour out of an extremely busy day an

This Pharmacy is the definition of a small town family friendly place. They are helpful and they care. Lisa and the Pharmacist have been a big help with my mother and brothers medication. And we are able to get all our seasonal shots in one stop

They never answer their phones, they will pick up the phone and hang up immediately. They also get my insurance information wrong a lot of the times. Plus they always have attitudes like you’re annoying them for being there.

I had my doctor call in a refill of my post knee surgery pain meds on Friday to insure that I could pick them up on Saturday. The pharmacist arbitrarily decided not to refill them or to contact either the doctor or me. In fact, she stated that there was no refill. She treated me like a Pill Popper Addict despite my full leg brace. SHE also charged me for the meds despite my insurance which has a zero copay. I will NEVER go back.

I was looking for instant ice packs, the kind you pop and shake. The nice lady across the counter saw me searching and asked if i needed help. Who knew this kind of customer service still exsisted! I happily said yes and described what was needed. She came around the counter to help and come to find out they only have the ones that must be frozen first. She then asked if actual ice in a bag would do. What and extraordinary experience.
