Safeway Pharmacy

Pharmacy opens in late .. 9 opening time .. 9:05ish first client called forward! No apology to lateness as if our time does not matter. Met with frowns and scolding as I did not show my Safeway card soon enough. This is not a one time occurrence. We are the reason the pharmacy staff exists .. not the other way around! If the pharmacy staff does not like their jobs, move on! One young lady who has long blonde hair is a joy and efficient at her job has been a saving grace but not sure if she is still there... sadly the rest of the sad crew I could give a rip about. Shawna the manager listened to my complaint without heard judgment. Am suppose to here from the pharmacy manager.. Steven. Whether he calls me or not does not matter. Will talk to my doc about changing pharmacies.. sadly

I was in so much pain after my eye injury, the pharmacy tech, took care of everything after Walgreens disregarded my script. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going here since I was 12, I am now 20 and I have never seen the pharmacy get this bad. Usually they are always on top of it whenever I’ve called and requested a speedy fill on my meds. Recently it has taken over 4-5 days for them to have my prescription refilled. Even when my order would come in on a Friday they would have it ready by Monday afternoon. In the past they were short staffed and they definitely over worked the staff at the front counter but they never failed to have meds filled in a reasonable timely manor. Now it just sucks I’ve always had to deal with lines but now having to worry about my mood stabilizer and anxiety medication not being filled when I need them is honestly terrifying. Very nice people, the technician have gone out of there way to help me anyway they can.

I’ve had some good experiences here but lately it’s been rough. I called in to check on one prescription that I hadn’t heard about for days and was met with hostility and talked down to by Cathy. I’ve been to a lot of Safeway pharmacy’s but I’ve never been treated like that so it’s very disappointing.
