Safeway Pharmacy

The pharmacy at this Safeway is top notch, especially considering the small-town nature of this location. The pharmacists and techs are very kind and understanding about allergies and prioritizing medications that are needed in a hurry.

Location and staff are a walking HIPAA violation. I do not recommend this location. Between failed service from Anna and Charity, the whole location suffers. Not only that, they lost the keys and couldn't manage to have a spare in order to operate on time.

The people are so kind and very helpful. They go out of their way to help my family with our meds and vaccines. They answer the phone!!

We’ve lived in Roxborough for a little over a year now and have already had a handful of times where we needed pharmacy help with our family’s prescriptions. Everyone I’ve ever spoken has seemed to genuinely want to help and have even gone the extra mile to do so. We’re grateful to have such a great local pharmacy team!

Great Pharmacists and Staff. Always helpful, very professional, and nice. Only complaints are 1) the vaccine scheduling app needs to be improved, ..... wasted 20 minutes a couple of times. 2) the waiting line area is a mess and pharmacy size is ridiculously too small. Needs to be designed by modifying the store floor plan. This safeway has always been especially neglectful in keeping the store physical assets in line with the increased business and updated with competition. Always wonder how much lost business occurs 20%, 30%, ? I go elsewhere for groceries when possible....Back to message. The pharmacy staff and management are great! Go there!
