I was told I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes before my husband's meds would be ready. He just got out of surgery and so I left him waiting in the car. 1 hour later... I am pissed!

Customer services grape the staff is very helpful. The prices are reasonable. There are a lot of choices. I really enjoyed my experience there.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with...hands down! I have a complicated medical history and when I am prescribed new medications, I need them that day! I have an immune disorder, so I especially need antibiotic Rx's right away! An Rx would be sent in early morning and I'd wait for a text telling me it was done all day. Most of he time, I'd have to call around 7-8pm to ask if the Rx was ready ...oh wait, they don't answer their phones! I'd get in my car and have to drive down there, wait in a line 10 people deep to ask about my prescription only to find out they hadn't even started working on it! I mentioned once that I tried to call, but the phone lines went directly to a voicemail. The pharmacy tech snapped at me "Does it look like I have time to answer the phone?" That's just

👎VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER👎 Awful customer service👎I was told it would be 30 min for prescriptions. After 30 min wait I was told another 15 minutes... again and again ended up being over 2 hours I waited. WHY can't they just tell people it's going to be a long wait you may want to go home and come back tomorrow. Why can't they say we are backed up, or looks like these meds might take longer??? Also staff is so rude like they are being tortured to work there. Very unprofessional people lacking basic customer service skills!! No smiling allowed? Obviously they are miserable humans lacking adult communication skills, if you don't like your job you should find a new one. This store is horrible for having a very common medicine in stock, they “couldn’t get it” from their provider for some reason when every other pharmacy has it, including their store in other locations, it has been out for over two months now!! Someone their isn’t doing their job and is lazy!!
