Safeway Pharmacy

Agree w/the comments that the staff at this pharmacy are aggressively hostile to customers, including waiving the rx in the customer's face and saying : "you can take this to another pharmacy" , knowing there is not another for 30 miles! It is so distressing especially b/c many at the pharmacy counter are not feeling well, are dealing w/illness, and in need of medicine.

If you enjoy dealing with GRUMPY PEOPLE this is the place for you. The lack of customer service is awful. As soon as you walk up they seem immediately irritated. If this was my business I would fire almost everyone. I hate coming to this pharmacy.

The staff lack costumer service skills. They were rude on the phone, did not listen or take the need for the medication seriously, putting a person with a critical mental health condition at risk. As a manager I find it absurd that they treat people this way.

They are so slow it’s actually amazing. I mean one employee will hold up the line for like 20 minutes for one customer in a state of confusion. It’s almost like they don’t hire people with customer service inexperience or with a lack of understand that being hung up with one customer while there are 15 people in line shouldn’t happen. The incompetence is remarkable. Currently in line for 10 minutes and they’re still working with the very first customer. WOW!

The ladies who work in here are so insanely rude. Who hired you? The young lady was the only one who was kind to me while trying to figure something out with a prescription that got sent to the wrong location. SO rude and SO unhelpful. I was literally crying in the store after being treated that way. You're in customer service with people who are sick or uncomfortable. They all need to be retrained. Do better Safeway. Sheesh.
