Dropped off RIGHT at lunch, then they said, we are closing for lunch, can you come back at 1? I said, i road my bike here, i live 1 1/2 miles away. Is there someone that can come pick up for you she asked? Not till after 6 tonite i said. Well sorry. We are closing for lunch. I was picking up a z-pack. Nothing to count, just hand me a cardboard box. Where is the compassion, customer service. She could have skipped a meal or two anyway.

I used to go to Longs in Kaimuki but not anymore. Here at Safeway the workers treat you with respect and honor you as a customer, they are super nice and amazing. Shopping for food is great too as they have a lot of varieties. Even Vegan food.

Pick up prescription, have flu shot available and OTC products

I went to this store and got this prepaid card. I had hard time activity ingredients it and getting my money. They keep on asking me for SS and ID. It does not ask that when I got it. The manager will not give a refund. I don't know why they selling a scam cars in the store. Now I lost $500 and more behind of my bills...

Not good at all. 1st time, it took them forever to fill the prescription. 2nd time, they didn't even bother to call me to let me know that the Dr. Needed to do something. 3 days later, I finally called. Took 3 phone calls to even get someone on the line. They put you on hold immediately, and then it goes to voicemail. Turns out they have pharmacists filling in on some days who don't care about doing their job and call people. Not even an email or text. Your prescription just goes to a black hole, and you wonder what happened.
