Safeway Pharmacy

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a couple years now. Following Covid and after leaving two prior pharmacies- I have found my home! Ben and his staff are AMAZING! They go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of and are super personable. I actually enjoy picking up prescriptions. Thank you Ben and staff!

Stephanie was very rude today when I called, I asked her to help me transferring one of my prescriptions from a different pharmacy because someone went inside of my apartment and destroyed them, she ask me to call back tomorrow, I was without it, and I let her know that, she just told me, in that case just wait in the phone and I will pick up whenever I can, she was laughing at me that was so unrespectful, she never came back after waiting 20 min on the phone, I was able to hear when she was putting me again on hold many times

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. Very poor service! They NEVER answer their phone where I have to call a different Safeway to check their system to see what the status is. I use their automated service to have a prescription filled. Call their phone service back to check on the status of the refill request and every single prescription I would request, the system would make it show the requests were never received causing me to have to start all over again. It's been known for it to take two weeks before I can get anything filled. I would have to go into the store and personally request refills. When I run out of refills, I give permission to call the doctor but it still doesn't get properly taken care of and the doctor would always indicate they never received a request. They

Ben and Stephanie have been amazing as I have picked up my mother’s meds. They are knowledge, friendly, and caring. 5 stars all the way!!

Benjamin is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly pharmacist and Stephanie will figure out ways to get you the best price on any particular drug given your individual insurance.
