Safeway Pharmacy

All I gotta say is bad vibes. Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life/it seems like the two pharmacists genuinely want to fight each other to the death. Hope y’all find careers that make you happy and find peace and love in the world.

The pharmacists are extremely helpful and knowledgable. My complaint is that the website has no ending point. It asks you to confirm your order. After you confirm your order it gives you a "get started" button. If I've confirmed my order, and I'm hopefully done, why should I hit "get started"? It's a "DO LOOP"!

By far the worst customer service. Extremely rude, impatient & unacceptable attitude from the pharmacist. We don’t have any other choice in this small mountain town! If you don’t like your job, please don’t take it out your customers. It’s almost worth the 10 mile drive to Granby City Market. 🤦🏻‍♀️ very frustrating.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in life! They are extremely rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Nothing is ever correct with my insurance or billing. They are often out of stock. They refuse to answer the telephone, never helpful...they all apparently hate their jobs...and are just overall a pain to deal with. Its a real shame that this is the only pharmacy in town. I'd almost rather go off of my meds than have to deal with them...it's physically painful!

Great pharmacists and assistants. Always go out of their way to help me.
