Safeway Pharmacy

Usually it's good About to get a flu shot vaccine. I get there at 6:10 and a wait of almost 10 minutes. Then a worker finally sees me then I ask for a flu shot and she said we are not doing those now because we are cleaning up and come back tomorrow in a rude comment. It was unprofessional not at least displaying the procedure of the vaccine clinic closeing so I would not waste my time. But I got my flu shot at CVS but I'm considering not going here anymore.

Reg. Kirsten, pharmacist, @ Safeway Pharmacy on E. MAIN Farmington, NM 87402, who is new & after having to change from my Good Neighbor (loved) Pharmacy a couple yrs back due 2 ins., I've been using Safeway E. Main Pharmacy here. I've seen several Pharmacy employees come & go. However, as a disabled person who NEVER feels good, this new employee, Kirsten (sp?) is ESPECIALLY KIND! I can even tell it is HER when I call - due to her KIND & pleasant VOICE & how I am ALWAYS treated w/RESPECT! She's been a PLEASURE to see this past few weeks. Example, I called yesterday (spoke 2 a man) about a prescription due 2day, the 28th, that I get EVERY MONTH! No text, so after 4:30 p.m.. I called & got Kirsten & knew IMMEDIATELY who it was due to the "HAPPY to HELP YOU" ATTITUDE & VOICE. I immediately pic

Extremely poor customer service incompetent staff that respond to complaint with attitude and mismanaged Corporate does nothing. Changed my prescription with out my permission saying Medicare won’t pay for it which was a lie. I could go on and on but a waste of time. Do not use this pharmacy!

Jenny is greatly missed. The crew there now is unfriendly and rude. THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE RUDENESS.. They have nothing to say unless they have to ask you a question. No hello, nothing, just stand there and look at you.The mask wearing is a power trip for the pharmacist. You put the mask on and pull it down under your chin and you can have your medicine. Otherwise you can't have your meds. I'm not sure who looks more stupid the pharmacist or the customer. Won't be returning again. Stopped using them about 5 yrs ago because of employee rudeness. Will stop again.

I just transferred my prescription here to safeways on east main..I was waiting in line and a tech took care of me who was next in line and Aron I believe was most kind and very friendly..let's hope my next visit will be just as pleasant
