Safeway Pharmacy

I was just inside waiting at the customer service desk for 10 minutes with four other people. It's 2:30 in the afternoon and they have nobody there to help anybody. This is probably not the fault of the employees but lazy management who refused to go work the floor regardless of the situation. I wish I could give zero Stars

Never have medications ready. Doesn’t matter if they were ordered week in advance. I always end up waiting 20-30 min.

They never once have gotten my prescription properly. I depend on a friend for my prescription pick up. Promised it before 11:00 a.m. friend had to leave his very ill mother 94 years old. Stood in line for 20 minutes they say it's not ready until after 3:00pm. They are incredibly disrespectful. What if it was their mother that somebody left an hour ago to bring a disabled person they're well needed medication?

I have been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. EVERYONE here is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. This is also a very busy pharmacy,. Regardless of how busy they are, they give each person the time and assistance they need. They don’t rush people just to get to the next person in line. They make sure their customers understand their prescriptions before they leave. That’s the way it should be. That’s excellent customer service. I wish more people would look at the big picture and appreciate why during peak times they may need to wait a little bit. Huge thanks to everyone who works here. I appreciate you.

The Safeway pharmacy on Highway 99 in Edmonds had vaccinations for shingles when no other pharmacy did a few years ago. Since then, I have visited their pharmacy for flu shots, and Covid vaccination updates. The waiting room is poorly designed, but the persons administering the shots have been skilled. They were absolutely effortless and painless.
