Also had an issue with prior authorization, they keep on getting my prescription wrong. I cleared prior authorization through my doctor, yet they won’t listen. Just overall terrible experience dealing with them.
My patient needed a prior authorization to start a new medication. I called safeway pharmacy and they said the request for prior authorization was initiated. LIE!!! I had to contact the insurance and initiate the prior authorization myself. The process was NOT initiated by the pharmacy. With other pharmacies it the the standard pattern: Pharmacy initiates the prior authorization process and doctors finalize the request. NOT with this pharmacy.
incompetent staff.called for prescription staff says that it wasn't there. called Dr office Dr office called and imagine that it was. tired of uneducated staff moved to CVS
Always good when I get there, one stag very quiet hard to hear.
They are rude worst Safeway pharmacy I came across never have prescriptions in stock Indian guy that works there is a weirdo needs new management ASAP
