Safeway Pharmacy

I have talked to the store manager and the assistant manager over a dozen times about having a register open!! Seems they don't want to take your money when it's time to check out! Terrible customer service from management like they don't care enough to keep a register open during the business hours! I really only go there to get my medication for the month which that is a hassle because they close the pharmacy down for a lunch hour now instead of rotating employees to stay open ! Trust me I will be finding another place to shop that wants my money when it is time to check out ! I guess with the price of groceries I could be like the rest of the people and go to the self checkout and take half of my purchases! Just dont understand why they can't have a register open at all business hours t

I am giving Safeway pharmacy a 5 rating, only because of the excellent customer service I received from Dwayne, Lacey and Ken. I would love to see more of them at the store. Whenever there is an issue with my prescription they are able to fix the problem, quickly or inform me what has happened. The new person (female manager) is very curt and has a tendency to speak you as if you don’t understand what she saying. I have never had Lacey or Ken identify themselves as the manager or pharmacist , when I have concerns or questions. They greet me with a “how can I help you”. However, if this new manger/pharmacist is going to be the primary face for Safeway Cheshire Station pharmacy, I am okay with taking my business to another pharmacy. The staff inside the pharmacy are so helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I pick up scripts from Safeway for my child and they are so helpful. Erika, Dwayne, Ken and Vibha are welcoming and engaging. Over 5 Stars. The store has a very nice open layout.

Mickyas is the best pharmacist there so knowledgeable caring empathetic and just awesome great great great highly highly recommend going to him for your pharmacy needs.

Andrew the pharmacist is the best. He’s a very friendly, caring pharmacist who does everything he can to make sure the customer has everything they need. Erica the technician is great too and so helpful and I’m so thankful for them! They have the best customer service and quality there. 5 stars!
