Safeway Pharmacy

The Cle Elum Safeway Pharmacy is perhaps one of my favorite pharmacies of the Safeway chain. I have lived in numerous cities across the country, had to travel extensively, and I can say without a doubt this team has been extremely understanding, patient, thorough and adapted to the increase and volume of people who have moved out to Cle Elum. My parents live there full time, and they have establish strong connections with full time residents and gain trust. It is incredibly helpful and wonderful to have a team efficiently and responsibly adhere to the rules and regulations in place, and take the time to reach out to the insurance companies, doctors, family members thoroughly. Thank you!!!!

Hats off to the lovely people that work here. Whether it has been my own failures, or issues on their part, I have never been without my medications. They’ve worked diligently on helping me out when I’ve had to transfer to a different pharmacy for pick up in another town, they’ve worked hard on same day refills when I’ve messed my timeline up myself, and they’ve always quickly corrected any mistakes made on their part. In such a busy town that’s had so little options since pharmacies have shut down, these people have worked so hard and diligently to try and keep up with everyone

So many thanks to the wonderful and dedicated pharmacists at the Cle Elum Safeway Pharmacy!! We are here visiting, and they spent extra time to help us get a prescription filled when the doctor was virtually unreachable due to the power outage issues. In addition they called us twice to update us. We could not be more grateful for these incredibly caring and hard working professionals.

I have been using Safeway pharmacy for years. I have rarely had an issue. In the last 6 mths the overall service and friendliness of the staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. Brad the pharmacist has been giving my mother who has Alzheimer’s her monthly injections. He is amazing with my mom. Thank you so much.

Update: Lowered to 2 stars. Fourth chance. Waiting 4 hours before going in, did NOT do the trick. Meds were NOT ready. Granted they let me wait instead of telling me to come back an hour or so later. We feel they wait for people to show up before even working on a prescription... Three times in the last 60 days or so they did NOT have our meds ready after 1.5 hours or more. Or we had to go to another pharmacy in Ellensburg to get our meds. Hopefully today my husband's meds will be ready after almost 4 hours. I will update this review later if needed.
