Safeway Pharmacy

I wish I could give this pharmacy 5 stars but overall it’s not deserving. A few of the employees are very personable and diligent but I have to work hard to track down my medications. They admit that they seldom answer their phone; the texts are all wrong lately and I don’t have time and gas to waste. I don’t know why they can’t run this pharmacy as a business. They’ve been there long enough. I wonder if they make us wait longer and we’ll buy more groceries while waiting 20-30 more minutes. Oh - they got rid of their Express line so customers have to wait forever in line while one person can’t find their credit card or Safeway card or prescription information. There aren’t good alternative pharmacies in this area. They simply need to get their Act together. Hire more permanent employe

We've had a great experience with this pharmacy, for both prescriptions and vaccinations. And we appreciate very much the convenience. They're also easy to reach by phone to check on the status of a script and so on.

We were traveling through and needed meds in a pinch. Our insurance did not cover meds but Virginia the tech worked her magic and tried a discount code which worked. Many pharmacists are too busy or burned out to help but this pharmacy was super helpful with great customer service!

I almost never write bad reviews but the service here is absolutely horrendous. They have never answered their phone in the 3 years I've used them. They frequently offer to fill your prescription in "15-20 minutes" but when you go back to pick it up they are "working on it" and it will be another "15-20 minutes." I've had to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy near my work instead because this place has wasted so many hours of my time. If I ran my business this way, we'd be closed in a month. Go anywhere else. You'll be treated much better and have your time respected.

These women and man who work in the Pharmacy are hard working. They deal with many doctors,, Please understand that they are doing the best they can. They are working under very stressful situations and are pleasant and helpful. I thank them for doing a great job. ,
