Safeway Pharmacy

Staff members are all professionals. They are trained to provide great customer service. All I have to do is just call to refill my prescriptions. They handle everything else. They contact my medical doctors for new prescriptions, along with checking my insurance for coverage. Im happy to do my medical business with this Safeway pharmacy.

Tried calling to cancel script Dr. discontinued. On hold for long period then transferred meat dept. . There's some correlation, I'm sure.

Over the years, I haven't given much thought to Pharmacies, since it was a place to get your meds when you were ill. If anything, in the past when I was sick and had to wait for my medications, I felt annoyed that it was "taking so long" considering I wasn't feeling well. It wasn't until three weeks ago that my insurance changed and I needed to fill a new prescription. I decided to have it filled at my local Brighton, Colorado Safeway, where I routinely do my grocery shopping. I am so glad I had my prescription filled here. After some minor setbacks (Due to the doctor and insurance) they powered through the issues and provided excellent customer service. They were an additional resource for simply filling my medication but offered other suggestions and tools to help with my medical need. I

This is honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and I've got 20 years of experience across multiple states to reference. Trust me, don't bother with this location. Use the King Soopers or make the drive to a different location.
