Safeway Pharmacy

Normally great service and would give 3-4 stars but baised on this experience2 is being nice imo. Maybe they were having an off day. Went to pick up an prescription, got in line about 5 mins before they closed for lunch. After standing in line a couple of minutes one of the techs walking towards the door for lunch says we are closed. I point out that they don't close for another couple minutes and had been waiting cant I just do a quick pick up and I am told no. There is someone already being helped and by the time done it will be lunch. Real poor customer service and that suvks because they have been my pharmacy for 10 years but maybe time for a change.

I really like this pharmacy. I've been using it regularly for nearly 5 years. Everyone is very helpful, and the long term staff greet me by name. and they usually fill my orders quickly. They are often very busy, but they do their best to be efficient. I have never had anyone be rude to me. I applaud the fact that they finally get a lunch break. They deserve it!

We have all of our prescriptions sent to the Safeway Pharmacy because the purchases count toward our gasoline credits. The staff is very helpful.

We were passing through on our way to Canada. The ladies in the pharmacy assisted us with getting a refill (ours was expired) and they did it quickly and kindly! I am impressed!

This pharmacy is amazing. The people behind the counter are kind compassionate and have great respect for the patient. I can only imagine how stressful it is behind the counter, post pandemic, in a grocery store but when I swing in to fill a prescription I am remembered by name and greeted warmly. When I am ill picking up my antibiotics they tell me they hope I feel better soon. I love going to this pharmacy and would recommend it highly.
