I am extremely frustrated with my experience at Safari Pediatrics. It has been almost a month since I requested my son’s immunization/shot records, and I still have not received them. I transferred my son to a new doctor, and even the new office has requested his shot records directly from Safari Pediatrics, with no response. Every time I call, I am told that the records will be emailed, yet no email has ever been sent. Because of this delay, my son has not been able to attend school, which is unacceptable. This issue began after the office moved locations, and since then communication and follow-through have been extremely poor. Medical records are essential and time-sensitive. This lack of responsiveness has caused unnecessary stress and disruption for my child and our family. I hope

Dr. Jaafar at Safari Pediatrics is a fantastic pediatrician. She’s been my family's pediatrician for years, and I appreciate how thoroughly she listens to my concerns. Her care is detailed and thoughtful, making every visit reassuring. We've developed a great relationship over the years and I’m really happy to have her as our doctor!

Dr. Jaafar has been an amazing pediatrician for our family! She has cared for both of my kids since they were babies, and it’s been wonderful to have a doctor who has watched them grow. Whenever my kids aren’t feeling well, Dr. Jaafar is always quick to return my calls—even on weekends— which gives me peace of mind as a parent. We are so happy to have found such a caring and reliable pediatrician! Highly recommend!

Love safari pediatrics. Since moving an hour away I am still struggling after 2 years to find a doctor who genuinely cares for my children. She is very thorough and if something seems off she goes above and beyond to find out the answer. I am considering coming back and making the hour drive just because she cares so much about each patient! -Charlotte and Wesley’s mama!
