Quick and friendly service. Great track record of service, when medication has been unavailable at this location they do a quick job of finding it within their network, and in the past had it available the next day. Also great service by using their new app which makes refills a breeze.

I've used Saenz Medical pharmacy over 20 years for my prescriptions and medical neefs. I'm very satisfied with the service. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and helpful. Special thanks to the pharmacist Jesus in the sharyland location. Your advice is very helpful and comforting. God bless!!

Customer service is great, they always greet me with a smile and don’t keep me waiting at the window. Medications are usually correct and promptly handed over!

I don't know what her name is but she usually works drive thru. She's a pretty young lady but she just has no mannerism. She gives you attitude. Makes multiple mistakes charging on debit cards. They charged me 3 times on one medication bank needed to fix. Last time they charged 2 times and she said she couldn't fix the situation because it wasn't letting her to do so. Attitude needs to be addressed. Never had a problem in years, and lately it's been disappointing. I've let it go several times we've always have our days, but multiple incidents is not tolerable. I need to speak up.

I love the staff! They're very friendly & helpful. They go above & beyond to make sure you have what you need. The delivery driver is very friendly & outgoing and works hard to deliver to you according to your schedule. If you ever have ANY questions concerning your medications the pharmacist will always make time to go over them with you. I wouldn't change pharmacies for anything!
