My massage with Kendra at Sacred Mountain Massage was truly wonderful. I’ve had hundreds of massages, and this was one of the best. She took the time to go over my needs, my preferred pressure level, and made sure to address the body issues I had. When I arrived, I had pain in my shoulders, jaw, and sacrum and she used the right techniques to promote relaxation of those areas and to ensure that my pain was addressed. She used a variety of techniques, from Swedish to NMT, making the massage truly fantastic and targeted to my needs.
