Sacramento Urgent Care

I have come to this urgent care two times, and by far, this has been the best urgent care I have ever gone to. The support staff are very kind and empathetic concerning your reason for your visit. The doctors are so helpful, kind and try their best to determine the root cause of your issues. Every staff member was so understanding, supportive and made efforts to treat the reason for my visits. I’ve always left feeling reassured and relieved. I have never felt that way at other urgent cares. Also, each time I’ve come, i only had to wait no more than 30 minutes to be seen. That’s quicker than any other urgent care. I certainly recommend this place. The kindness and attention the staff exhibit here is certainly worth the visit.

Make sure you eat before you go because you will be stuck here forever. Just be prepared. It took me 1 hr waiting to be call in then another 30-45 mins waiting in the room for the doctor and this is when it's not that busy. The place is clean and plenty of parking space.

During a visit to see my family, I started feeling quite unwell and decided to visit this urgent care facility. I was fortunate to be assisted by a staff member named Mandy, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and accommodating. She patiently addressed all my questions and made me feel genuinely welcomed during my visit. Her attentiveness and compassion were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this urgent care for their excellent service and caring staff.

Waiting took a long time. Staff were very nice, though. We waited 2 hours. Then waited 30 minutes for the Nurse Practitioner. The NP was very nice. They also didn't answer the phone when I called. But when we were waiting for 2 hours I saw them answer. Not sure if the number on the Internet is correct. In all we were there 3 hours.

Came here right after my car accident back in November, 2025. Sat for hours before I was seen. There's was no where to sit at first & super cold trying to wait outside. After waiting hours to be seen for impact from airbags hitting me in the face(eye swelling, eye bruises, headaches, ect), I was finally seen but only for literally about 10 minutes or less. Was told to just go see my primary care doctor. No medication given to help with anything, no imaging done, no xrays, NOTHING! My eye was literally swollen shut and they just brushed me off. Didn't help at all with anything. Then I got hit with a bill even though I provided insurance information. Despite them accepting both my insurances, they are still trying to get me to pay for stuff till this day. Smh. Definitely would avoid this pla
