Sacramento Post Acute

The faculty and staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to providing the best care and support possible. They treated me and my husband with kindness and respect, always taking the time to listen and make sure my husbands needs were met. It’s clear they truly care about the people they serve, and I’m very thankful for the positive experience we had.

I've been to three different facilities in the past, and this has to be one of the best ones! The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and know how to treat the residents here, the therapy rehab is amazing, and are helpful they really try to get us mobile, the food here is amazing as well, this place is motivating! Nursing department do a great job and work well to help us.

Everyone, administration and medical staff at Sacramento Post-Acute were absolutely stellar. Their caring, kindness, dedication and attention to detail was both impressive and inspiring. If I needed something, they were right on it, even if that wasn’t the person’s job, they quickly found someone who would be able to do it. Their communication is fantastic. Any questions/concerns I had were promptly addressed and/or answered. Anytime there was an issue I received a phone call. A huge thanks to all the fabulous staff! Sacramento Post-Acute...Definitely five stars!

This building has been amazing! The staff here is very friendly, I definitely recommend to bring your loved ones here , the meals were good, and always received snacks when needed, the rehab therapy group helped me recover, I'm ready to go home today to my wife, thank you Sac post acute!!

I thought the staff was very good. The OT and PT was excellent. My father was there for 10 days recovering from a hip replacement. We were grateful for the staff.
