Sacramento Massage Studio is the best place to get your massages in Sacramento. I have been coming here from many years and have always had incredible service from every therapist. I specifically recommend Noelle. I began to see her when I was pregnant for prenatal massages. I saw her monthly throughout my pregnancy, up until a week before I delivered. She was thoughtful and creative about accommodating my ever changing body. Rather than only receiving side lying massages, she also had me lay inclined on my back, and offered belly massages (which helped tremendously with my round ligament pain). Stephanie is amazing! She is kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She consulted with me on my intake form (which is admittedly outdated) and we determined the best plan for that day's session. She listened to my concerns, checked in a few times during the appointment to check on her pressure, and greeted me with a lovely cup of green tea at the end. Stephanie gave me a great recommendation on how to hydrate my skin and a note to do some more research regarding the use of massage guns (for safety). She is a wonderful massage therapist and I look forward to many more appointments with her in the future!

This was my first time seeing Stephanie, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve had an ongoing issue in my back that always comes up during massages, and in the past, most therapists tend to just work around it or skip over it. Stephanie actually took the time to explain what was going on, educated me on why I’ve been feeling that tension, and was very intentional about trying to relieve the irritated nerve while still making sure I was comfortable. That level of care felt really personal and meant a lot to me. Out of all the massages I’ve had, this was the first time I felt truly listened to rather than rushed through. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. I will absolutely be back to see Stephanie and would highly recommend

I've been to several massage places around Sacramento area, but this one has been the best. From the first time I came and was treated by Shari, I knew this would be my go-to place for massage therapy. Shari is excellent finding the points that need attention and working on them. I highly recommend this place and, of course, Shari, for releasing tight muscles and promoting relaxation.

I have been going to this massage studio for several years and I have always had amazing massages and customer service. The studio is beautiful and serene, setting the stage for relaxation. Most recently I had Shari as my therapist. She has a natural sense for areas of the body to work on and how to get those areas to relax. Her pressure was steady and firm in those spots and I felt such relief after every area she massaged. Zach is also amazing, and I know from my boyfriend's feedback that Kat is another amazing therapist. 10/10
