I’ve been going to Pro Dental Group for over 10 years. In fact, it’s the only place I feel comfortable and have changed insurances in order to make sure I can keep my doctors. I’ve had various issues including cavities, root canals, teeth grinding and gum issues. Pro Dental has always treated me with respect and kindness, and their doctors make sure to keep any discomfort to a minimum. I went today and Cindy gave me some great tips and samples to help me floss my super sensitive front teeth. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I can’t recommend them enough!

Went in for a routine cleaning and was left in the chair waiting for someone for over half an hour. Turned out that they had changed who my dentist was without informing me and forgot I was even in the chair waiting for a cleaning. The previous time I went, I had two fillings and a cleaning done and was on different insurance. Over a year after that procedure, they filed a claim with a different insurance company which was denied due to time constraints on claims. They now want me to pay for it even though it was their mistake for delaying the billing. They do not hold responsibility for any of their actions and customer care comes second to their own wants.

They were quick fast and very friendly. Doctor was very patient and explained the whole process before and after they definitely care about there patients. It was an honor to have him do my root canal. Definitely was scared at first but the staff and Doctor make you feel very comfortable.

After I was referred it took 1 and half months to get an appointment. I was there for a root canal referral. Thinking I was going to finally get the root canal, turns out it was only a consultation. The dentist Dr Kim was really brief with me and pretty much rushed me out. Had to wait an additional 20 days to get seen for the actual root canal. The process for getting service is just way too long. But once you are there the work goes really quick. Unfortunately this was the only option I had for MediCal other dentists were not seeing patients until September. So you get what you pay for. The ladies at the front were really nice to me; I didn't have an issue with them. My main issue was that it takes too long to get seeing, and you are referred there because you are in pain. That's too long

Our family absolutely loves this dentist! Pro dental made our kids first experience the best. They have been asking when they can go back. They are extremely accommodating and make you feel right at home with great work!
