The waits to see the dentist a long. Been here 3 times, with a average wait of 30 minutes to get into a chair, and then an additional 15 mins or so for the dentist to appear. My last visit, the inflation cuff for taking blood pressure was broken. The tech knew this, but tried to take my BP anyway. Sadly, I allowed her three attempts as I did not know she'd experienced problems on previous patients. The cuff kept inflating way beyond what was necessary and caused bruising and extreme pain. The tech's lack of concern or care for proper medical equipment function during my visit is very distressing. When the dentist came in to administer Novocain, she gave the absolute minimum. I am very medication tolerant and require more numbing than "average". This had been discussed in previous visits,

I went to this clinic for a dental emergency, hoping to get timely care. Instead, I ended up waiting over two hours with no updates or acknowledgment from the staff. When I finally approached the receptionist to politely ask about the wait time, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. Rather than offering any explanation or assistance, she told me I could leave if I didn’t want to wait. I understand emergencies happen and schedules can run behind, but there is absolutely no excuse for disrespectful behavior toward patients who are already in pain and distress. The lack of communication and courtesy made an already stressful situation much worse. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this clinic based on how poorly I was treated.

This dental center doesn't provide emergency service by walking when you need. However you set appointment you have to wait up to one hour but when you have emergency patients must to be exactly at 10:30am or 01:30pm other times they don't take care of patients and ignore. They always think about there own appointments they never think about patients, parents/guardians of patients time.

I am writing to share feedback about my repeated experiences at your office. I have visited more than ten times, and unfortunately, each visit has involved significant delays and poor time management. The front desk staff often appear disorganized and unable to manage patient scheduling effectively. As a result, I have spent long periods waiting, which has been very frustrating and has negatively impacted my schedule. I believe the patient experience could be improved if appointments were managed more efficiently, and if front desk staff received additional training in professionalism and communication. Outside of being in unbearable pain, you may want to avoid this establishment. Every aspect of the operation, from the front to the back, feels as out-dated as the equipment looks. They literally have had years to get it right. Needless to say I'm still looking for an operation that matches my expectation.
