I had a wonderful experience at Sacramento Body Work. Jake is very kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. He takes the time to listen to what concerns I have and provides a space where patients feel seen, heard and properly taken care of! I did not realize how tense I was until Jake would point it out. I left feeling much better and look forward to my next session.

Jake has been helping me work through a lot of mental and physical tension, as well as fibromyalgia, with his targeted myofascial approach. He is calm, communicative, and understanding. The space is relaxing and practical, and scheduling is easy. I am pretty new to having bodywork done, but it has been helpful to pair this treatment with my PTSD care. I feel like I am starting to understand my body better now, and I am learning how to feel more safe in it. I am starting to heal from what happened. I found Jake on Instagram and I'm glad I did because he has been the only one to help relieve my chronic shoulder and hip pain. He listens and focuses on your problem areas. I'm still amazed at how he's able to identify my trigger points immediately. Very professional, 10/10 would recommend!

I've been going to Jake for nearly a year for multiple pain points and injuries, new and old. Most of them are muscular, so massage works wonders. Jake's massages help me move throughout the day with minimal pain and sleep at night, which for someone with pain-induced insomnia, is amazing.
