The trainer Klung watched me make a mistake...and rather than her be the trainer and pull me to the side communicate with me, and redirect me on what to do or not do. She talked to all the other classmates, had them gang up on me, one tried to fight me as she just stood there. When Klung could have done her job and train...she chose to create a hostile environment that was not safe. I went to the director and he didn't do anything because they are cousins. Hostile environment that I would not recommend. The teacher Klung does not need to work there. She clearly cannot teach or train.

READ REVIEW: Christine and Lito are so helpful and nice and kind. They give you all the tools you need to succeed. It does go a bit fast. The instructor Klung was rude and hated repeating herself when those who didn’t understand most of the lesson. During my clinical she hated those who needed to use the restroom and those who went out during lunch because she had to open the doors for us. Klung is one of the worst Instructor! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SacMed for anyone. This is a family own business and they don’t give a crap about the students who pay to attend these class and clinical.

Love love loveeee. Sacmed really does set you up for success, they taught me by the book and how reality as a CNA really is. I had professor Klung and she is awesome and down to earth. She knows the process is strenuous so she would try and be flexible with students who are struggling. If you are coming late to class, let her know so she can prepare. There were some student's names she couldnt pronounce that well but she tried every time. She shows how the state testings really is and gives you a rundown of how to succeed. Because of that, I passed both written and skills! I am super happy that I went with Sacmed for my schooling. Heads up: prep your voice for the karaoke when you go into clinicals!

Ms. Klung is the best CNA teacher and this entire school truly prepares you for the state tests. If anything, Klung over prepares you for your skills, but it’s for the best!! It makes sure you’re not forgetting anything, but she will be quick to catch little mistakes. Because of her, I passed my written and skills test on the first try. Such a sweet lady with a funny personality. I took a home health aide class at another school after getting my CNA license, and I can truly say that SacMed is efficient and organized compared to others!

I took the day class with instructor Klung and it was great! The lectures were good, the clinicals were great, and instructor Klung was amazing! I just passed the state exam on the first try and now I'm a certified nurse's assistant!!
