Sabre Springs Dentistry

I had an emergency tooth extraction with Dr. Kelly J. Hwang at Sabre Springs on 2/3/26. I was told the tooth was large, cracked, and needed immediate removal. I trusted this recommendation but later questioned whether the urgency was necessary. After the extraction, I experienced severe ongoing pain. I was instructed to take ibuprofen. After taking it as directed, I developed intense burning stomach pain and diarrhea. When I contacted the office to report the reaction, I was told to continue taking ibuprofen and was told this type of reaction does not occur. This was concerning because gastrointestinal irritation and diarrhea are recognized potential side effects of ibuprofen and are documented in common medical and medication safety resources. The best dentist's office I've been to. They are always prompt for your appointment, and ready to go. The dentist does excellent work and the office team is always friendly and helpful.

Their staff is the absolute best!! Dr Kelly is an amazing doctor. She explained everything very well about the treatment. When she gave me the shot I didn’t feel anything at all. 10/10 would recommend this office!
