I’ve never written a review before but I felt like I needed to. I had the horrible experience of coming across their physician Carlos Silva. As a Latino you would think to feel comfortable with a fellow Hispanic but it was the opposite. I felt completely belittled, racially profiled, and like my needs were not important. I got stuck not knowing how to explain my symptom and wanted to say it in Spanish and he looked at me with the ugliest look, honestly as a patient I’ll never want to go to such a place again and I hope no one ever gets belittled the way I did by CARLOS !!

I made an appointment with the doctor a week before the visit, I urgently needed a medical examination, and I arrived 20 minutes earlier, as I was asked in the SMS notification and when I arrived, I waited 30 minutes and after that I provided my personal information, it took them another 20 minutes, after which they said that my doctor's appointment was canceled because it was too late and as a result I lost about 3 hours of my time and did not get the necessary help

Seeing my wife finally find relief after years of battling chronic pain has been amazing. After every visit with Dr. Tinh Vuong at the Hapi Clinic, the results are undeniable. She’s able to laugh and yawn without pain, something that once seemed impossible. Dr. Vuong’s care, precision, and genuine empathy have made such a difference, and I’m so grateful she’s in good hands. I can’t recommend Dr. Vuong and her team enough! they’ve truly changed her life!

As a mom, nothing matters more to me than seeing my child healthy and happy. After years of watching her struggle with chronic pain and feeling helpless, I’m so grateful she found Dr. Tinh Vuong at the Hapi Clinic. As she continues to visit, the difference is incredible! she’s finally able to do simple things, like laugh and yawn, without pain. It brings me so much relief to know she’s in such caring, capable hands. Dr. Vuong and her team have been a blessing, and I can’t thank them enough!

The staff is friendly, but there are major issues here. On 3 separate occasions, I counted the prescribed pills I picked up. One time a jar marked as containing 60 pills only contained 48, another one with 90 only had 72, etc. Every time this happened, I immediately called the clinic to inform them of their mistake only to be told that I was “confused”, and that this couldn’t be true. Whether this is some kind of systematic theft - or simply incompetence - I cannot say. A couple times I called in to fill prescriptions, and was asked if I wanted to fill another prescription as well. I declined, as I had plenty of the medication type at hand.
