RYSA Pharmacy

The employees are not answering phone calls. I have prescribed medications that I need and they are giving my doctor a hard time to make the process. I went in person and the 3-4 female employees working there right now did not help me get through this process. This is the 2nd time they need my insurance. Saying it didn’t go through the first time, but still gave me my medication? I proceeded to lend my insurance AGAIN. I have new prescriptions, but lended me the same ones I got last week. This is a horrible mistake in their part due to handing out more dosage of the same medication. Therefore finding out it is illegal to give out the same medication in just 1-2 weeks on the prescriptions I have. I just needed my new prescriptions not my current. Poor communication and not responding back

I dont mind the wait I understand that with Rite Aid closing they have a lot on their hands. When it comes to the cusomer service that these girls/Pharmasist give thats when it becomes a problem. The workers have no compassion for their customers, I understand some cusotmers can be rude but everytime I walk into this phrmacy its a horribe expirence no matter how kind I am. The girls are always with their dog faces, save yourself the headache. I rather drive down to the cvs in soledad than to deal with the nasty attitude/faces the girls give you. Dont stand in customer service if you are going to treat people this way.

I've never had a bad experience with this pharmacy. I just couldn't take it at rite aid. Insurance is the problem in most cases but at rite aid ,,,they're just lazy. My Dr called in 3 prescriptions on a Thursday. I waited till Monday to see if I could get all three at once. Went on Tuesday and still. Nothing. Went to the drop off line and they told me that my prescriptions would be filled in 10 to 15 minutes. It's not practical for someone that's in so much pain to frequently have to drive back and forth only to stand in a line!!!!!!

Very friendly and great service.. I dont know anybody and non are my friends or family. They have the best service. Great Job🤗

Stick with Rite Aid, it's not worth the struggle dealing with these people. I've had nothing but issues with both pharmacies but let's pick and choose here. It's absolutely ridiculous that both pharmacies answer their phones and hang up, even when it's your own insurance calling! You know it's bad when your insurance tells them they don't know what they're doing while billing.
