I went to Ryan Endodontics with a horrible toothache. When I arrived at the office in Walnut Creek. I was in tons of pain. But I was greeted warmly by all the staff, in a very clean, well kept, cozy office. When I met Dr. Harley, I immediately knew that I was in excellent hands. He went over the procedure and I felt reassured by him and his staff that it would be a quick and painless procedure. I just finished a root canal with Dr. Harley and his staff. I must say that this experience makes having a root canal not troublesome and painful at all. It definitely isn't the root canal from my younger days. I truly appreciate Dr. Harley and his staff for their care of me. The whole experience from appointment to procedure to billing with insurance made my time at their office flow rapidly and smoothly. Dr. Steven L. Ryan and the entire Ryan Endodontics team deserve more than five stars. I came in hurting, anxious, and honestly just wanting relief, and they delivered on every level. Dr. Ryan was meticulous, calm, and clearly committed to getting everything perfect. The root canal was painless, and once it was done, the pain I’d been dealing with was gone. I also appreciated the high-end technology they use (including 3D cone beam imaging / CBCT for detailed 3D radiographs), and the staff was genuinely caring and patient-focused.
