Rx Valet LLC

My on the phone experience with this company made me question whether it was a scam or a legitimate company. They'll call you out of the blue with no explanation of who they are or what they are calling about. Before you can ask any questions, they want your birthday. After you've provided that, its straight into your prescriptions. They're calling them by names I've never heard. I was confused and then there's silence. I say, "What?" They say nothing and then say, "what?" Again - we're a minute or two into this call and I still have NO IDEA who "Rx Valet" is or why they're calling. At this point, I had to just say, "I'm not interested." You'd think if this was a legitimate company that my insurance wants me to deal with, they'd explain WHO THEY ARE or THE PURPOSE OF THE CALL.

I've been trying to contact this company for 2 weeks. I've left messages. No call back. I've created my account. No access.

I am a new customer with RX Valet. I have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive they are. I've been working with Tracey Bright. Her customer service has been wonderful. she's followed up with emails and phone calls. She's been great in helping me set up my new prescription and getting them transferred from my old pharmacy. I've been very pleased! I hope that this excellent customer service continues!

I do not have the proper words to explain how much I hate this company. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get my prescriptions mailed to me in a timely manner. This is an unnecessary middleman that does absolutely nothing to facilitate the process. No one ever has a clue what’s going on. I’m always being transferred to someone else. My prescriptions are always late or not in the system or something. RX Valet does nothing but make my life more difficult and annoying.

Just got off the phone with Lavina, a Customer Service Rep for Rx Valet and she was so helpful and kind. She stayed on the phone with me as I was learning to navigate thru the portal. She was very attentive and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. She resolved my issue and I am very happy with the customer service I received!
