Today I called tne number on my medicine container to renew my perscription as I have done countless times . Much to my surprise a young lady tried to sell my a "First Alert" medical device and would not take no for an answer. This was the correct number on my vile and I was annoyed and surprised!
Seems no one knows what they are doing. They have communication barriers and apparently dont know how to use fax machine to receive orders.
