Rx Care Pharmacy

I Victor Franco CEO of Franco Medical Care went to RX Care Pharm today. The pharmacy closes at 6:00pm and I arrived at 5:49pm. You can verify with the security cameras. I had 11 mins to get my prescriptions. When I arrived the pharmacy was closed but there were employees still inside. I asked if I could get my prescriptions that were ready and paid for. There was a young man there named Jason who stated to me he was the pharmacist and manager of the pharmacy. He continued to tell me that he did not care what time I arrived or about my prescriptions that he was tired. I informed him I am the CEO of Franco Medical Care and the medication was for Dr. N Franco. He stated he did not care who I was or who the medication was for. I called for my medicine to be delivered. All of a sudden they claim my insurance is not working. I gave them my insurance information that I gave to them a while ago, all of a sudden it works. She tried to tell me I have a new insurance card and I replied no it's the same one I used last month. Now I have to wait two days to get my medicine delivered and it never shows up. When I called about my medicine not being delivered I was told that they left me a voicemail being that I didn't pick up the phone or reply to the voicemail that was the reason why they didn't deliver it. I told her my phone doesn't receive voicemails I have that blocked are you sure you called me. She replied yes I called your number. I asked her to please repeat the number you called. This pharmacy is ridiculous.They like to close 15 minutes before Their Close. time. I don't want them to be my pharmacy anymore.

Did not want to refill a prescription while we are on emergency few days early. Also, did not placed refill when it was asked by my doctor and now out of meds.

Best pharmacy around, loved the customer service and pharmacist was super friendly and humorous
