RWJUH Lab Services at East Brunswick

I had to take my 16 months old for blood work at the East Brunswick location. She needed to be tested for a dozen things. One of them and most important one was for to check her blood for thalassemia gene. While I was there, I noticed that the nurse was having difficulty finding the diagnosis in her system to order that specific test. So, here I am watching her spending 20 mins figuring it out. And that was totally understandable. They may be not having so many patients coming for that test. But , I'm waiting with my child crying and yet she did not even bother to communicate with me what was going. Anyway, so here she comes and takes 8 vials of blood and I walked out with a doubt if the nurse put the order right. I call back the next day, for the peace of my mind, to make sure the tests w

First off your website and sign on the front door says you open at 8 AM. You have customers waiting outside for an hour with no sign on the door or any notice that you were not going to be open today. Three employees walk past everyone in the hallway to go into the door and don’t say a word to us that you were close today. That is absolutely rude and disrespectful. How do these people even called themselves professionals
