This office is a mess. You can rarely get ahold of staff to refill a prescription or change pharmacies for a prescription. I’ve had to call over 20 times today, especially because I was told directly to call before 5pm. I called between the hours of 4:16-4:40pm and eventually opted to speak with front desk who tells me the doctor and staff who handles prescriptions already left for the day. Front desk staff are rude when you explicitly state you need help and it’s an emergency. Front desk staff also hung up one me after telling me they were going to transfer my call and when I call back, they tell me to call and hit option 1 so I can leave a voicemail (WITH ATTITUDE). Very insensitive, very ignorant, and very disrespectful. I do not recommend this facility to anyone, especially those who

This office has the BEST front desk staff. The woman at the front of the office is so kind and Raquel is one of the most helpful team members. Dr Makani is someone I have been seeing for over a year now. I can not express how much I love going to my appointments with her. She is a doctor who cares about her patients getting BETTER and not just “take these pills”. She has created this calming inviting and understanding dynamic with me as a patient where I feel comfortable going to her about anything without having fear I will be mislead. If you are looking for a doctor who will listen to your concerns and TRULY decide the best options for you, I promise you wont regret meeting Dr. Makani. I don’t write reviews so I hope this helps whoever is looking for a doctor who can change their view on

This is the best practice I’ve ever been to. The office staff, PA’s and Dr. Musunuru have made going to the doctor a breeze. I’m always brought in right on time and the doctor takes her time when I’m going through symptoms. Cannot recommend a PCP more, they genuinely care!

Doctors are the best but The girls at the front desk are really horrible; they talk as if they don't want to work there and if you call to make an appointment, they leave you on hold for half hour then they said I can’t found you that’s crazy and unprofessional

The refill team seems to be always away and too busy to take calls from the patients and their families. The front desk sees patients as Dollar signs, extremely nice for incoming patients but lack empathy for them.
