DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ZOC DOC REVIEWS WHEN BOOKING WITH DOCTOR JESSICA AKUNNA!!! I was and my experience with her left me in tears leading me to read these reviews and realize I am not alone. If I could give her 0 stars I would. She is not someone you would want to come in contact with when seeking care. The two stars are only for her manager who I spoke with after my visit who was very sincere and apologetic as well as all of the front desk staff who tried to comfort me. I seems they were not surprised by my reaction to her which leads me to wonder why this place would allow her to continue to see patients. The doctors are good. They work closely with the patients needs. The problem with this center is the front desk employee. Real bad service when you are trying to contact your doctor. The phone is never answered the voicemail mail is always full you can't leave a message. I have to drive to the center unnecessary to just ask a question. that could be answered over the phone unbelievable.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I waited 2 hours to see a doctor and no one ever came. When I spoke with the lady who was bringing patients in, she spoke such broken English that I couldn’t even understand her. Please hire people that can speak English and aren’t rude. Do NOT come here if you can find better facilities.

My experience at this location has always been an exceptional experience Dr. Sharma is an amazing Doctor who makes sure that her patients have a one on one appointment with her she makes sure that she gets to hear your concerns about your health conditions that is something that makes you feel comfortable and at ease Dr. Sharma is fully committed to offering her patients the best appointment from the begging to the end of your consultation with her. If you are looking for a Doctor who cares she will be the provider that you are looking for !!! I’ve been her patient since 2020 I will recommend her to my family and friend Ms. Nunez .

The clinic overall was chaotic. First time I came for annual physical, they didn’t call me back for a month for bloodwork results no matter how many times I chased them. 8 months later I called to schedule a follow-up bloodwork, they said I could just walk in. But when I walked in they said I need an order from the doctor and doctor won’t be in office till 2 hrs later.
