Staff took multiple days to get me a simple answer regarding paperwork. They constantly made excuses for not being able to provide answers to simple follow-up questions. At one point the call was dropped, and the nurse never even considered that maybe she should call me back so I had to navigate through another series of calls to get back on the phone with the woman I was speaking with. Insane, if any of these people went through what they put me through, they would be just as annoyed as I am. They just lack the self-reflection to take even an ounce of accountability for their poorly managed workflow and communication.

I write this with tears of thanks in my eyes. Dr Iniobong Ukonne, MD is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She made me feel safe, heard, and she spoke TO me not at me. Her compassion and kindness are unmatched. I can’t recommend her enough and I’m so thankful to have finally found a doctor I can trust.

I don’t often write reviews, but I feel compelled to now. I’ve been tired and run down for years, but I was consistently brushed off by doctors. One even said to me, after I admitted I struggled to stay awake while driving, that I was on psychiatric medication and should expect to be tired. Dr. Ukonne, though, actually listened and was willing to run tests, trusting in my knowledge of my own body telling me that something was wrong. I’ve just been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, with over 300 breathing events the night of my sleep study. Dr Ukonne and her team have changed my life!

I have been coming to this location since the one in Jackson closed out, about 2 years ago. It has been only positive stories and experiences. Dr. Balaji has been nothing but a wonderful person, she makes me feel comfortable and she makes me feel like I'm her only patient even though I can see that it is always busy. The staff is so friendly and always helping me if I speak to them over the phone. I normally don't write reviews but once again, they helped me going above and beyond making a phone appointment and then bringing me to the office for a further evaluation. I hope others have the same positive experiences and they continue doing a great job.

Front staff was nice enough, but waited 30+ minutes after my appt time to be seen. Asked at the front desk if there was a copay, was told no. Received a bill for the copay 5 months later.
