Not worth the hassle. You have to pay your co-pay through this weird roundabout way, which sends them a check in the mail. Noticed the check was never cashed so I called my insurance, they stated the check was marked as delivered to their location. Called the dental office, the person I spoke with “didn’t know” and “has no idea what’s going on” and made no attempt whatsoever to try and find out until I pointed out that “I don’t know” isn’t an appropriate response when you’re on the clock. Ask your coworkers, your supervisors, management, that’s what they are there for.
