Great place my teeth is amazing thanks to Dr Ruvo !!! Unfortunately I have a cavity

Dr. Janis Ruvo and her staff create a warm and friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk into her office. Dr. “Jan” takes her time with you each and every time she sees you. You can just feel that she truly cares about you. She is extremely gentle and makes sure you are comfortable. Her office staff is professional and very helpful. I highly recommend the Ruvo Dental Practice!

I have been going to Ruvo Dental Practice for decades. I have found Dr Ruvo and her staff to be professional, friendly and prompt. Dr Ruvo explains her procedure in understandable language and makes you feel totally comfortable . Her staff follows Dr Ruvo’s demeanor and friendliness. I have never ever felt uncomfortable going to a dental appointment. I am sorry that I can only assign a maximum of five stars!

Poor! Don't belive the glorious reviews about Dr. Janice Ruvo. My family had been going to the Ruvo Dental Practice for years. I decided to continue to go with Dr. Jan when her father retired. I stopped going to her practice when my insurance changed. My new dentist said Dr. Jan did not take off enough of the fillings on both sides of my mouth before putting the crowns on. Dr. Jan also claimed that I had a cavity, which in reallity I did NOT have. My new dentist did a full set of x-rays and did not see any cavity. Also, my new dentist removed the two crowns to drill down the fillings that Dr. Jan did not do, in orfder to make my bite even.

The worst experience with a “dentist” - Dr. Ruvo agreed to change my silver (amalgam) filling to a white (composite) filling on molar #14 and made several huge mistakes. She left a portion of the tooth exposed and she also placed the filling in a way that a portion of it was protruding into the gums next to the tooth. I knew something was wrong because I could feel the filling when I bit down. I went back to her office for her to examine it and she decided to drill it down further, shaving off some of the filling and nicking the side of my lip in the process. So now I had a shabby filling as well as a cut on my lip? For about a year thereafter, I could not chew on the side of the filling and it felt like there was a hole in the filling.
