I’m giving 3 stars due to my experience with two male doctors who I felt tried to minimize the pain I was experiencing. That said, the students were knowledgeable, and my extraction went smoothly. Huge shoutout to Briana, Sydney, and the dentist who performed my extraction 😃— they were calm, caring, and reassuring. Thanks to them, I feel 10,000x better. Overall, it’s decent dental care, but always remember to advocate for yourself even if others talk you out of it!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience during my daughter’s dental visit today. This man who attended to us was extremely unprofessional. His attitude was rude, and his body language made it clear that he didn’t want to be there to help us figure a solution. The way he spoke to me was disrespectful and completely unacceptable, especially in a setting where patients and parents should feel comfortable and supported. As a parent, I expect courtesy, professionalism, and compassion from anyone working in a dental clinic and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, which should never happened. I truly hope management addresses this behavior so that no other family has to experience the same treatment. At one point, he even told me to “prioritize”

Great experience! My son has his wisdom tooth removed yesterday and the whole process was very smooth. Staff were friendly and diligent. He got his other 2 removed last year in a different place and he got pain for days. Today he went to college like nothing happened. Thank you so much 🌸

Don’t waste your time like I did! This place is disgusting. Rusty equipment, dirty like someone spit stuff all over the walls, chairs, floor .. everywhere! I was waiting for a rat to run by my feet! The students and dentists judge you so much. I caught one student giving dirty looks to the student that was helping me. Than that same student and another student were talking about how some woman who was just there was so mad she didn’t get work done and had to leave. That’s ridiculous! That’s no way to speak about a potential patient! Someone who’s in pain & doesn’t speak English. I pray that woman doesn’t go back there. The “dentist” that came to check on my students work was rude to her calling her names. I felt like I was on a prank show! When I walked out I asked for my referral back and

Everyone was very friendly and polite. I went in had my tooth extracted and was done. I have to go back and I know I will receive great care.
