Coming here for the past 1 year for my daughters nose to see Dr. Hsueh (the best Dr) but I hate how I have to keep calling again and again for 1 appointment. I’ve been calling since February and it’s June. Their service takes my messages and tells me the office is busy and will call back for appointment. Never got a call back, instead I am still calling them. Will look somewhere else for a better understanding office.

I travel 30 minutes to be seen by Dr. Kaye, Dr. Jyung and it’s so worth it. They know their stuff and they care about my health. Staff, receptionists are so friendly and they are so professional and in general really nice (I’ve seen my fair share in past years of seeking help in Morris county receptionist can be so dismissive and in this hospital they are not!) I’ve also seen other ent for same issues and I was just told to mist my face and was told to dubrox my ears. Smh! These past few month these two doctors have resolved my voice and I am getting further testing for my ears and actually I’m getting my ent issues resolved.Thank you !! I feel so blessed.

This place is horrible staff OK but it looks so dirty and used floors from idk what year it made me feel like I was in a property community and don't get me wrong its Newark right but for a hospital to hold the name Rutgers I'll never choose this dirty hospital I feel like nothing is clean here its horrible..I'm depressed I'll drive hours rather than to come to any newark hospital i don't care how great the staff is

This place isn’t an option for medical treatment, unprofessional is an understatement.
