dr levine and dr catherine casado-pabon are amazing! after two hard complications from a different doctor trying to get my nexplanon implant taken out, they did it. their both amazing doctors. i was skeptical and really scared just because of my past experiences trying to get it out but they assured me they would be able to get it safely and yup they sure did.

Excellent wonderful responsive care from a wide variety of providers for over 25 years. I would rate them one of the top family medicine programs in the country. They see the big picture and coordinate other providers in a splendid fashion. They have always, always been highly respectful. Anybody can have a bad day, or you can have an inexperienced resident, but this group is tops.

I’m deeply disappointed and honestly upset about my experience with Jimmy Yang, NP at RWJMS Monument Square Family Medicine. I’ve been going to this office since I was 16 years old, and I’ve never experienced such disrespect or unprofessional behavior from anyone on the staff until now. During my recent visit, Mr. Yang refused to listen to what I was trying to explain about my health concerns. Instead, he told me to “say what’s really wrong,” which came across as dismissive and rude. He then made an unnecessary comment saying he was “not holding me hostage” and told me to make an appointment with another doctor. As a long-time patient, I was shocked and hurt. No one should ever be made to feel small, unheard, or talked down to—especially by a healthcare professional. People come to docto

I have been going there since last year with Dr Bolaños, everything amazing, but since the last visit on April everything went form amazing to horrible, they messed up my order for an ultrasound(Dr Michael Song) for possible PCOS, I tried to contact the Dr to change the order, finally after a whole day calling, one of the nurse(don't remember her name, unfortunately) from my team called me back, and after I explained to her the situation, her respond back to me was:'' What do you want the Dr to do?, I don't know you're the nurse, you're the one that study for this, not me, I telling you what is the situation, so after 2 weeks they sent me the new order, finally has a new appointment for the ultrasound, surprise, they messed up my order again, I can't go to work, I spent over 6 hours with n

If I could give a 0 I absolutely would. I am 28years old and have been going to this place as my primary since 1996. My initial primary was amazing! After she left this place went DOWNHILL. At first it was the front desk: terrible attitudes, cold and mechanical. Which then did get a little bit better. But the absolute worst right now are these doctors and LIPs. Terrible with communication, ALWAYS LEAVING THE PRACTICE WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE. Dr. Lin, terrible bedside manner. Dr. Levine is a terrible preceptor and role model for the students he is teaching. My developmentally disabled sister had a kidney infection and her primary at the time, Dr Mazi did not give the appropriate attention. When my sister had to go to the ER after having low grade fevers for months, and bacteria in her urine,
